The Power of Attorney must be validated. Here are ways the POA can be validated:
Provide a copy of the grantor's personal identification. (Driver's license, passport, etc.) and a copy of the IRS Letter containing the IRS/EIN Number.
Have the Power of Attorney notarized by a notary public.
