I am reaching out to you as follow up to your email of 12 =ovember to Karyna that you are waiting first for the freight agent's =nswer to know when the curtains will arrive on St. Thomas. Karen =ordon informed me today that curtain rods are also to be sent to the =sland.

I contacted Chimene of Bob Lynch Movers, the agent that ;received the 40' container of furniture. She has no correspondence =t this time of this shipment.

If arrangements have not been made as yet, we will stand by =or further information. We will assist with on our end in anyway =hat you need us to.

Our offices are closing for the next 4 days for Thanksgiving holiday. I wanted to touch base with you for any shipping details you have on the curtains and curtain rods for 51. We presume you are using the same Freight agent, Bob Lynch, as with the furniture, but they have received no information as well.

We may also want to consider the possibility of the supplies being provided for the upholsterers here, so they do not have to worry about shipping the tools to the island and back.

Any updates you have on the shipping of the curtains and curtain rods would also be greatly appreciated.

We are in discussion with the carrier to find the fastest plane and normally the curtains should arrive between December 10th and 15th in St Thomas. The upholsterers would arrive around December 17.

We are waiting for confirmation of all this today or tomorrow.

Our upholsterers will need two stepladders on site. They will come with the rest of their equipment.

I am waiting for confirmation of flight tickets and will inform you of the dates as soon as possible (normally 17 to 20 December).
