Rich, we value your business. I know you are frustrated with our pricing and with Marc not responding to your emails. I have asked him to call you and apologies to you for this. I understand he has been in discussion with the mill to find out why our price is higher- it shouldn't be.

Marc leaves for Nepal this Friday and I will make sure he discusses expediting this order with our production manager.

Thank you for this updated quote. I'm wondering if you could have someone come over to the house to do a proper measure of the room before we submit this order for production? If I remember correctly, I don't think anyone has measured the room, but we were just going off of the floor plans. Is it possible to set up a measurement this week, then we can finalize the order?
