Ok, s= 1. I found out that I have a friend on the committee for plaza cultural and we can get it for free (if u want) 2. The same friend (I don't think you've met...Grace Lee?) sent this advice http://nymag.com/listings/restaurant/les-enfants-terribles/ i would do les enfants be they have a backroom and can organize a cheap prix fixe menu for $25 pp, no contract...plus tip and tax, that's only like....$33. it's coffee or tea, 2 cocktails (mimosa or bloody mary) and a choice of abt....7 entrees. check out the space...it's not fancy or trendy or modern though but best deal. you can decorate and i think the manager will be chill enough to let you bring a cake wo charging the $5 per plate fee. hope that's helpful....and no minimum to spend.

Hey..sorry I have been MIA. Andrea mentioned you are thinking of the shower the weekend of July 14. Do you know what day you are thinking; she wasn't sure if it was going to be Sat or Sun.
