Jeffrey is with Outarra's son and his wife in New York. If Ehud sees Outarra, he can mention the fact that Outarra said there were no hard feelings, even though they found many Israeli arms in the basement of the Presidential palace when he took over from the last bad guy.

I didn't reply up to now as we didn't know if it will be possible for E to attend - schedule wise. But we will meet him tonight in a small diner.
