Hey Karyna,

you will need to toast his Eli's 7 grain bread in the toaster first.

Put some slices of heirloom tomatoes with a slice of buffalo mozzarella on top of each slice on a baking sheet and broil in the oven until the cheese is melted. Put the tomato and cheese on top of the toast. Drizzle with truffle oil and balsamic vinegar and chopped basil, salt and pepper. Putting the tomato and cheese on after the cheese is melted prevents the bread from getting too soggy.
