I am sorry if this process is worrisome, but this is the only way we can ensure the cargo is assigned to the correct account the moment it arrives at Tropical Shipping and US Customs does not automatically demand the cargo be inspected when it arrives on St. Thomas.

In the delivery instructions, I've instructed our warehouse to leave the items in their original packaging, which lists the country of origin. I will also call our freight forwarder Monday morning to ensure they have all the necessary information.
