Would you be able to help me and [x] with the following issue please:

we have a joint AT&T account that was set up for auto-pay with our Deutsche bank account. However this months the payment failed, just spoke with AT&T agent, they say it is a card issue, that the payment was declined. Could you please check for us what is the issue with the card? I don't have access info in order to check it..
