RE: Items returned to warehouse and other info
Hello Daiana, Gregory and Rodrigo,
Please find attached picture of goods that we have in the warehouse.
a) First picture —Jensen sofa (doesn't fit in the elevator)
b) Second picture — Mirror (doesn't fit in the elevator)
c) Third picture - Sofa part 1 (doesn't fit in the elevator)
d) Fourth picture — Lounge chair (part of the sofa 1) (it does fit in the elevator)
e) Fifth picture — Sofa part 2 (doesn't fit in the elevator). •* Sofa part 2 is the same sofa part 1— we haven't unwrapped from our blankets.
We also received back two chic chairs, one with a broken leg and the second one Gregory informed that stitches were uneven. It was also returned a Kenzo dresser and the Inga Console.
I am planning to have my crew back to try to take items through stairs by Friday 23rd. I already anticipate that Jensen sofa may not fit in the stairs due to its size. I will confirm by Monday about Friday 23rd.

Let’s set your delivery for Friday.
I will have a crew in NYC tomorrow and after they finish the service, I would like to have them to measure the stairs access and take pictures of it. Please let me know if it is possible.

My crew informed that our client of today decided to take more items than initially scheduled so I can't guarantee they will be in the building today. Regardless, crew will be there on Friday to deliver sofas.
