The address in our system was outdated for Mr. Epstein and is now being updated to the 9 East 71st street address.
Also, there were two accounts for Mr. Epstein in the system and they are now being associated to avoid further confusion.
The department has said that the chairs can be brought in to the office in September, and that is fine.
I have copied Sophie and Constance on this email, who are both in the department and can assist you with arranging for the delivery of the chairs.

I'm sorry it's taken so long to get back to you! I've been traveling for work non stop. Does it make sense to have the chairs picked up now, or would it be better to have them picked up closer to the sale date? Either way is fine with us.. what is better for you?

There is no problem, we can organize the pick-up of the chairs in the next days. Could you just give me the address in Paris and the telephone number of someone we can call before coming.
We will send you a receipt when we will receive the chairs in our office and a contract a few weeks before the sale.
