Thank you for the information sheet you sent on the private flight arriving in Marrakech this evening. The sheet does not include the arrival time, but I understand the flight will arrive at 7:45 pm local time, with tail number N909JE.

As we just discussed by phone, a suite and a second room have been reserved at La Mamounia for 2 nights, with an option for a third night. Please let us know as soon as possible whether this is sufficient.

A Mercedes has been reserved, and will meet you at the airport. I am copying on this email Mme. Fatima Hassoune, who has made all the local arrangements on our behalf. Her mobile phone number in Marrakech.

I am also copying Mr. Larbi Aqabli, OCP's Chief of Protocol, whose mobile number is.
