Hey Karyna,

you will need to toast his Eli's 7 grain bread in the toaster first.

Put some slices of heirloom tomatoes with a slice of buffalo mozzarella =n top of each slice on a baking sheet and broil in the oven until the =heese is melted. Put the tomato and cheese on top of the toast. Drizzle =ith truffle oil and balsamic vinegar and chopped basil, salt and =epper. Putting the tomato and cheese on after the cheese is melted =revents the bread from getting too soggy.
