Hi TJ I did a re-measurement this morning while hanging the drapes. New measurements: 12 Panels of 9ft Long (108in) 4 Panels of Ilft Sin Long (I35in) All 12 Panels are 4ft Wide (48in) We will need 16 Panels in Black w/Blackout backing for our Home Theater

Sorry for the delay getting back to you. We are still trying to see what the shipping costs would be to the U.S. Virgin Islands. It could be very expensive. We are trying to get some approximate weights and dimensions of the packages from the vendor and then we need to get a quote from DHL. Our vendor cannot ship outside the US. If you are going to ship anywhere in the US, such as Florida, the shipping is free.

You would then be responsible for getting it to the Virgin Islands. We might be able to recommend a freight forwarding service in Florida so let us know if you are interested.

The freight forwarder we use is Tropical Shipping We already have an account with them. Thank you for the free shipping. How are the curtains packaged? We need to make sure they boxed so they do not suffer damage during the sail.

I just wanted to confirm with you that the finished drape panels with be carefully packed, wrapped in plastic and shipped in standard boxes. We've ordered hundreds of drapes from this vendor and have never had a problem with shipping damage.
