does ave a credit card she can use?! so many o these hotels do not accept 3rd party payment and especially don't like doing it less than 48 hours in advance...she wants this other hotel...if I can't prepay, she can pay? I can send you the confirm so you can see the total...

Yes, she has AMEX card and I can give you account when in the office. I just keep her limit law as authorized by JE, but can increase for the authorized purchases.
