HI James. It seems you and Jeffrey may have discussed this trip. I see in some emails, Jeffrey is asking me to get you and Lionel Vilette tickets to NY on June 2 or 3 (still waiting for him to confirm exact date) then Jeffrey will fly you to his island. We will take care of your hotel stay, not to worry. Can you please send me copies of your passports as well as let me know what airport you should fly from?

I discussed meeting Jeffery on his island sometime in early June.

I was just wondering whether you might ask Jeffery how long he thinks one would need to see everything he might want to show me?

Would one day be enough? Perhaps arrive one evening, have one day there and return the following morning. In which case I might need your recommendation for a hotel etc.?

Grateful if you could give me some guidance so I can confirm/suggest dates etc.

Yes we did and this is loosely what we agreed subject to exact flight times/connections/availability etc. Unfortunately neither Lionel or myself can fly on 3rd June due to other commitments. Also, Lionel will need to fly direct from Paris (not London) to NY.

3rd June - Morning flight from London — arrive JFK at around midday. Fly to island.

4th June — visit island etc. as you wish

5th June — Fly back to NY in morning and then back to London on evening flight

See attached my passport details as requested. Let me know if there is anything else you need?

I haven't been to the US recently so will need to complete an ESTA form. As part of this I need to confirm address and contact details for US point of contact and address where staying in US etc.
