does have a credit card she can use?! so many of these hotels do not accept 3rd party payment and especially don't like doing it less than 48 hours in advance...she wants this other hotel...if I can't prepay, she can pay? I can send you the confirm so you can see the total...

Yes, she has AMEX card and I can give you account when in the office. I just keep her limit law as authorized by JE, but can increase for the authorized purchases.
