Thank you! So we basically need to wait for the NY consulate to return on14th and review the case. ...Maybe we would know something Friday 15th?

I have requested my colleagues in NYC to inquire too and we are still waiting on the consulate's response. I hope to have it by tomorrow, however, if they advise that they need to wait for the consul to return, we may not hear back until Friday.

HI Inna. Jeffrey has a second passport but needs to get a new one due to his status as registered sex offender. We will need to obtain this second valid passport before we can then try to transfer the Russian Visa. We will work with your Miami office again in securing this second valid passport, then come back to you! Just keeping you in the loop. I believe we will need to give you the valid 10 year passport to attach/transfer the Russian Visa to...as well as the below items.
Hi Inna...I've been thinking, since we need to go through the same paperwork to transfer this visa as we would need to do for a new visa...perhaps it is better to just request a brand new visa so it will be good for longer (4 full years instead of expiring in 2021). I don't know if there is a reason Jeffrey wishes to transfer the visa, but if not, what do you think? Better to get a new visa or transfer the one he has?
Since the application form is required and if you would like G3 to prepare the online application form, would you like to start working on the questionnaire? I attach the instructions and G3 processing fees for you review.
For the visa fee you can just indicate the fee as below on mult entry and write `visa transfer' as service on the order form.
Please let me know if you have any questions!

Dear
For the new visa you will need to obtain a new invitation, thus, it will require additional paperwork and reaching out to people in Russia plus the visa fee is higher — 198 versus 74.

Hi Inna. I now have Jeffrey's 4 year passport. We need to renew the 4 year passport and transfer the Russian Visa to the new 4 year passport. Can you advise if I can send all this to you to have done? As a reminder, the 4 year passport was revoked due to Jeffrey's status of a sex offender. So I am not sure if the is a renewal or a brand new passport we need to apply for.
Ok got it...so we need to get the 4 year passport renewed first...
Is this Danny in Miami?
Yes, if you would like to transfer the visa into the 4 year passport, getting the passport will be the first step.
Yes — Danny is in Miami.
Shall I ask him to get in touch with you?
Thank you
