Yoni! My apologies. I know on our end the Welcome Letter with your name on the envelope was left at the front desk on Monday March 25th...the employee of Jeffrey's will go down and speak with the doorman about this. I'm glad they let you in and you are in the apartment now. Once again, very sorry... I know our man checked on apartment 7J to set up the air mattress, leave extra linens and make sure all was working properly. Please let me know if there is anything you need.
