she is in ukraine i need to enroll her in ehglish school or physcial rehab training or some equivalent. . thehn she can get a visa to come

I spoke with Caitlin at the New York Language Center for English. We can enroll on line... They can help her with obtaining her visa (if necessary) or I can enroll her and choose “NO” to needing a student visa. Please advise the below:

-I need: last name
-NO or YES to needing a student visa?

  -We need to pay for 8 Weeks Intensive Study (20 hours a week) $1963.00

They need a copy of her passport and proof of financial support (a bank statement showing at least $5500 for 3 month short term study) Caitlyn can mail her the 120 ($275 fee) can arrive 30 days before the next 8 week course (so she can arrive May 4 for the June 3rd course)
