We throw the ones back that are not edible (like the pretty one in the picture I sent with the blue stripes- his underside is hard as a rock! captain Greg said the fish is super expensive in exotic fish stores!). We kept and ate the fish we knew we would cat that same night for fish tacos! It was delicious!

We need to think of something fun to do while in TX...I wonder if we can get a tour of the Cowboys training facility? For some reason I think mentioned it to us..that he may have a connection...?

I really don't know anything about the Cowboys or training facility. We are headed to first birthday celebration.

How was the party!! I saw some pics a few weeks ago of= dressed in Mexican hat for a fiesta! So cute. Can't wait to meet him. I will look In to a tour of cowboys training center ... it's actually near=house I think
