Just talked to JE about my trip to Italy, he told me to ask for your help :)

Could you please help me to organize tickets for my mom and me?

I will give you all details and days :)

The original plan is that I fly with Dave to Venice( we don't have tickets yet)

I will keep you posted

But it might change( waiting from his office)

Here is itinerary:

I ticket for my mom from Moscow to Venice on

November 4th (the best ticket we like is Aeroflot 10:05 am-11:35am)

-then we take the train to go to Florence ( we will take care of it ourselves)

• we would need a hotel in Florence for November 4,5,6,7(?) not sure if we need a room for 7th if we want to check out on the 7th and go to Rome

anywhere in this area ( my friend told me that it's quiet and not very touristic)

-on November 7th we will take train to go to Rome ( we will take care of it ourselves)

• hotel in Rome for November 7,8,9,10th

1 plane ticket for my mom on November 10th to go to Moscow ( we like 2:20pm Aeroflot, arrives 8:05pm in Moscow)

then i want to meet my friend and spend 2 says with her somewhere... I will ask you to get me a ticket to NYC then, is that alright?

ok, got it. will work on your moms ticket and hotel. Agree you book the hotel for entire time...we need to know what the cancellation policy is for hotel...would you like to choose a hotel?

I think basically we just need a place to sleep, will be outside all the time.
