Re: Hotel , flight tickets :)

Hello Lesley , I'm so sorry for bothering you at the weekend time , but have to ask you for a little help. Spoke yesterday to JE via email . He gave me approval . I'm going to Finland to meet my family there. And For the embassy appt . I must have the flight tickets reservation (not to buy them yet ), my appt on wed August 1st.

it's finnair , direct flight from jfk to Helsinki and back to jfk .

From jfk on sun sept 2nd - At 5:40pm arriving to Helsinki on Monday 3rd at 8:50am

till mon sept 10th from Helsinki Vantaa At 2:10pm arriving to jfk 3:50pm Monday .

1 thing is rsvp for the tickets must be under my last name as I'm going to use the Russian passport to fly there .

And 2nd thing is which I'm most worried about it's to book the hotel in Hamina (Finland ) . I checked almost all of them are sold out and honestly where I'm going to see my grandma it's tiny town w / only 3 hotels out there . So maybe you can book for me the

hotel because it's says now that the last room available from sept mon 3rd till Thur sept 6th . The name of hotel is "Hamina Bastion apartments" , address : Pikkuympyrakatu 10, 49400 hamina , Finland. 1st-Just They in have case free if something cancelation will before go wrong sept w the embassy As they suggest not to buy flight tickets just to have rsvp
