The "New Investor Side Letter" allows new investors to become eligible lock-up for election management form. fees Let discounts me know if to you the have 2% in questions the PPM about and includes lock-up a discounts and how to complete the form.

"ChoicePoint Identity Verification Form"
"Wire Instructions"
We can start a new investment on the 1" of any month. We need just a few days to review sub docs before okaying the wire, and the wire needs to be in before the 1" of the month. Please reach out with any questions or if I may provide anything else.
