Re: Flights for █████ and ████ for cooking class?

We have not booked flights for: and: for their cooking class in Tuscany. They need to arrive 4pm or later on May 26th to Good Tastes of Tuscany ...they should fly to Florence and will need transport from Florence to the property.

(HOWEVER-FYI- and were hoping to go to Bologna for one night, rent a car and drive to Florence for a couple of nights, then go to Tuscany for the cooking class May 26-June 2...on June 2 go from Tuscany to Florence, rent a car in Florence and drive to Milan...stay in Milan until June 5 at the Hotel Il Duca then return to Paris...)

Please advise what you wish me to do...

I spoke with my agent and told her you prefer to leave May 23 morning and rent a car from the airport. Then you will pick up from the hotel and Drive to Florence. I have asked Leonardo, the owner of the Airbnb, what time you can arrive for your stay May 23. Do you know how long the Drive is from Bologna to Florence? 2 hours? 3 hours? Or what.

We can do the below flight for you on May 23. will arrive on May 22 at 10:35pm and stay at a hotel. Please advise if you and should just fly to Florence On May 23 instead...I already booked flight to Bologna so I will need to cancel by tomorrow. Can you talk to Jeffrey about all of this? I want to do what you want :)
