Attached is the work order for the mailboxes. Look it over to see if I've included everything. You may want to ask for a new quote knowing that we will need an additional post for signage. I'll be interested in knowing what the new quote is.

Morning Nancy. I sent the work order to Donald. He says for the extra post, anchoring in cement and labor with be $200 more. so S1175.00 for the entire job! He will get back to me re when they can start the project. I will make sure he signs the work order and we will need to issue the 50% deposit. I'll be in touch...thanks,

Hi Nancy. Donald can start the project on Monday June 4th morning. Might you be around today so Donald could stop by, sign the work order and get the 50% down check from you? Donald is working on NC today and says he can stop over later. Let me know!
