I just received your message. Dr. Hartl did say he can see Mr. Epstein tomorrow at 9:45 am, I am just waiting on confirmation that a room is available. Also, please inform Mr. Epstein that Dr. Hartl does not participate with United Healthcare so he will have to pay $350 at the time of the visit and we will submit to the insurance. I just spoke with Dejene and we are all set...she gave Jeffrey the paperwork to finish filling out/sign and I paid! (took her awhile to get situated so I could pay? not sure if her computer was down or what...but we got it all taken care of!) If there is anything else you need, please let me know!

Also, I am hoping Jeffrey will come back with his CD's of his MRI's...if for some reason they are left there and the Doctor does not need them, I will want them back to keep in my files again! ;)

She is new, she just started this week so it takes some time to get the hang of things...if he forgets to take the CD's we can mail them back

Hi Kellie...wanted you to know Jeffrey DID come back with all his CD's...so we arc good there...Jeffrey said in passing "Dr. Hartl wants me to have another MRI"...can you fill me in? I called Dr. Kruger's office as well for 'next steps'...I believe Hartl and Kruger have spoken...

I'll let you know when I get an update from Dr. Hartl, I haven't heard from him yet. His note is not complete yet. I will keep you updated!

I heard from Dr. Hart!, he would like Mr. Epstein to get a MRA. The order has been placed in his chart. If he would like to get it done at Cornell you can call 646-962-3000 to schedule it. I can also call but I would just need some dates and times he is available. We will also be calling the insurance to authorize the exam if it is needed. Let me know, thanks!!

I spoke to him as well just now...I do not have an update...Jeffrey has been super busy today...and I believe he plans to leave NY tomorrow for Europe...we may have to revisit this when he comes back...if for some reason he sticks around and is here next week, I will let you know! thanks, Lesley
