If you are the person who made the payment with your own credit card but you are not coming to stay with us, please consider that the front desk will appreciate that you can please send an e-mail mentioning that you legally authorize —including all the names of the people that you have authorized to make use of the rooms paid by you under your name.

And so that they do not have any inconvenient when they arrive, please fill out the corresponding format (attached) as requested so the accounting area does not ask for payment upon check in since that document will justify the payment and on the other hand the e-mail will justify the use of the room under somebody else's name.

'The credit card mut be signed, imprinted as per example attched ID from the credit card holder muts be included.

'Please note that the beneficiary as well as the credit card holder also need to sign the format as a way of accepting the gift stay.

'Please include a scanned copy of their passports as well as yours.
