All good - yesterday spent time with my almost-102-year old mother and then played decent table tennis for 2 hours with my very tough Chinese female coach!

I dont playing matches - she runs me ragged in drills so highly aerobic (i dont like to run, so Ping Pong aerobics works). I do win a 'few points' in the two hours!
