I called the convention center! They have 3 hotels connected via underground walk ways:
-Fairmont Pacific Rim is our first choice! most people staying there
-Pan Pacific Hotel and Fairmont Waterfront are also connected...these are next choice hotels!
We have done this in the past...it will be same concept...

Lesley, both Fairmonts - Rim and Waterfront said all meeting space booked for conference, they can't do an conference, you can do meeting space through conference organizers, sorry. Should I check hotel that available for the best room, like a suite? I gave you actually lowest available rates.

For sure BEST available. At least One suite if not 2. Let's see if one of the other hotels that have a suite avail be easiest to have the rooms where JE would spend the night also has the hospitality room. Thank you!

I found some at Hyatt Regency, if they might be interested:
Per our phone conversation, we have the following meeting room available for these 3 days with the details and
Room: Dover room (4th floor), 600 sq. ft.
Set Up: Conference/boardroom for 15 guests
Rental: $900 per day (with no food and beverage order)
I have tentatively held this room for the 3 days and will follow up with you on Tuesday, January 2 to confirm the name for the booking.

I map-quested and get the same...it is also about a 4 min. walk from 4 seasons and an 8 min walk from rosewood!
