Hi Natasha...Jeffrey would like to book a 'meeting room' at the TED conference hotel April 10-14, 2018 AND the 2 BEST rooms we can reserve for April 11-13 (suites? one bedrooms?) This is always a challenging request! I am still not positive what hotel the TED conference is being held at...I have emailed the TED people to find out...maybe you know? It is in Vancouver this year. With the 'meeting room' (hospitality room?) Jeffrey says he will host 15 people...we would cater breakfast, lunch and 'happy hour' each day...
Wanted to get this out there now...It may be the Marriott Vancouver who hosts?

ok Thank you!! I finally found the conference is held at the Vancouver Convention Centre...but I don't know what hotel is THE hotel ....?
(FYI- I am changing A: ticket now with your team mate...I booked: ticket and changed: already...) BUT if you can help with THIS TED stuff would truly be helpful!

I called the convention center! They have 3 hotels connected via underground walk ways:
-Fairmont Pacific Rim is our first choice! most people staying there -Pan Pacific Hotel and Fairmont Waterfront are also connected...these are next choice hotels!
We have done this in the past...it will be same concept...
ok..reminder the 2 rooms is for April 11-13 and the meeting room should be April 11-13 also...not as I stated before...
