I called the convention center! They have 3 hotels connected via underground walk ways:
-Fairmont Pacific Rim is our first choice! most people staying there
-Pan Pacific Hotel and Fairmont Waterfront are also connected...these arc next choice hotels!
We have done this in the past...it will be same concept...
