Thank your for choosing us, OTIUM INTERNATIONAL is in charge of MELIA.COM clients, we will provide assistance during your stay in Melia Hotels in Cancun & Playa del Carmen, we will give you hints and tips on the special things to do and see, flight reconfirmations, plus valuable local knowledge, the aim is to turn a good vacation into a great one! We only appreciate to confirm your pickup time with our representative at your hotel.

Your transfer have been confirmed, Please find attached your transfer vouchers, and you must present these at the moment of your arrival and departure. Also a couple of pictures of our staff and logo, so you can find us at the airport. OTIUM INTERNATIONAL personnel will be outside the airport with a hand-held sign with Melia.com logo to identify the passengers; please do not stop and talk with any persons whom attempt to see for your transfers (taxis), and make sure to contact the OTIUM staff.

Confirming your departure transfer and pickup time - Our Representatives will arrange an appointment according to the schedule written in the "welcome letter" provided at the airport. We only appreciate to confirm your pickup time with our representative at your hotel.
