The Governor told me the call was good and that Jeffrey will make the support for the Center, but said it will be done later in the calendar year, for tax reasons.

If you can follow up with Jeffrey and let me know if there is anything I should send you (payment info etc.).

I wanted to make sure to circle back with you per Jeffrey's request (as it is already November..yikes!) :-)

As a reminder, Governor Richardson asked for Jeffrey's support to his Center for Global Engagement. Since we last communicated, we helped bring Otto Warmbier back from North Korea; started (first of its kind) a robust collaboration with the FBI Hostage Recovery Fusion Cell (FBI, State and out-of-government Defense (former CIA Department), Directors, assets to where former help we solve diplomats bring cases and business leaders); and have been conducting back channel contacts between Pyongyang and the White House (National Security Advisor McMaster and WH Chief of Staff Kelly).

When we communicated earlier in the year Jeffrey indicated he will support the Center, and asked that we reach out in November to follow up. I am happy to come up to see you, or mail you some additional information, if needed.
