I am 170 cm tall, 26 inches waist, 36 inch hips, 32 inch chest- previously I took dress that was size 4 and it was too big so I guess I am size 2...

I will think a bit about the color. He didn't mention boots?

oh boy...hmmm...really, I think he wants you to have what you like! probably something black up to calf or knee height for shaft?...not too high when it comes to heel... does that help a little?
