Doesn't she have a passport in her that she can photograph on her mobile and send to me? Or any other ID? Please do your best as there is really nothing we can do to by-pass this requirement. We are dealing with a foreign government bureaucracy, Sorry.... Keep me posted.

Everyone must have an ID these days! Please assure here it's a formality, standard security procedure for any government building, particularly a foreign!
