Purchase was made by █████ for Sultain as per JE request on June 8th. I emailed wire instructions to pay back JE as was requested, but he probably returned it?... ████ do you have more info? Email from █████ is attached

I still need to comb through all my emails but I believe 23 and me has credited back JE for the kits. They don't allow other countries to use them. Only U.S. 24 and Me is aware the kits went to Dubai.
