Hi Andrew. Nili, in 11J, is requesting an exterminator as she has seen some roaches. Do you have one for the building? Do you organize? Not sure how it works. She would like one next week when they are away.

Fantastic! We must send one of our people over to enter the apartment with the exterminator and stay there while they work...can you please let me know once the appt is set so we can be sure this all happens correctly? There is an alarm on the door and we need to disarm, etc..

They are scheduled to come to building not this Wednesday but the following August 2. Between 10am and 2 pm. Thank you.
