Hi Terry and Virginia. Terry, I hope you are feeling better. Terry and Virginia, attached is a near completed HUD. Terry, kindly look at the credit for the rent for the balance of the month of February. A credit to my client of $2,860.20 should be reflected on your closing statement. Virginia, I am forwarding copies of all of the documents I received from Terry.

Terry - I just need the County inserted on some of the forms and will need an assignment of the rights under the lease as well as a copy of the writing informing the tenants to make payment to my clients. See paragaph 19 of the rider to the agreement.
