Hello Luis (and Brad!) I stopped in today and was sorry to have (FYI-We missed leave you... tomorrow but I do for think the we Bahamas can get ...back this done on Sunday over email! ...(yippee!)

As we have discussed, we would like to do a Fajita Party. Brad asked me to get as specific as possible so you can then provide me with a price...I am considering a few options however and hope you can give me a quote for different scenarios.

Party 1: Catered with Staff Person and Clean Up

-Steak, Chicken and Shrimp Fajitas

-Salsa, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Flour Tortillas (am I forgetting anything?)

-Cook at the Ainsworth's? OR Cook at your Restaurant?

-One staff person to help serve, clean as we go, and clean at end of party so the Ainsworth's do not need to worry about a mess!

If we added in your Chicken Qucsadilla's what would that do to the price?

Is there anything you suggest we do or don't do?

We will provide the alchohol, dinner dishes and glass wear.

I think the party will be anywhere from 20-30 people.

I hope to hear from you as soon as possible on pricing.
