My 'little brother' just turned 60 !!! So we invited him out for supper on his birthday. I'd found the perfect gift for him - a MR BILL doll that says, "0000h N0000000" when you squeeze its tummy! (it is actually a DOG toy!) We had much fun (4 bottles of wine's worth for 5 people!) The poor restaurant staff people were all sitting there staring at us wishing they could close up and leave! Love mom

I was enjoying a rare moment of watching a movie on the tv. . . that hardly ever happens for me. I'm either usually too busy OR I fall asleep after the first half hour. . . last night I watched the whole thing! :)

Well. . . you won't appreciate the movie we watched. . . but it was good b/c it (sort of) appealed to the whole family. . . "The A Team" (whatever.. . it's not up for an award). But I was able to stay away (prob b/c we started watching at 7 pm -- that helped!).

I thought loaquinn was really amazing in that country movie where he was supposed to be some country singer star. . . clearly . . that good. . . cant even remember who he was supposedd to be. . . oh well.

C'mon... what movie?

We went to see the opening night for "Master". Changed my opinion of Joaquin Phoenix. He's a shoo-in for Best Actor. The movie overall get's more of a "Whaaat?"
