I knew you would enjoy seeing Ty in Braden's shirt :) I thought he looked great in it...you love how he eats his breakfast with a basketball in his lap? I do that all the time! (not) S000...how did the conversation go with laura!!?? I hope well and at least what you expected...l'm sure you wanted more...we all want more. How is Laura doing there also?

Ok...so that is decent, especially when other staff only rec'd a 3% raise.
Ike met Dutch out for a couple of drinks a few weeks ago (it was his birthday) and he definitely remarked that she is worked to death and also made mention he wasn't sure how great the bank is doing? Have you heard anything? All ok? Losing any big customers or all seems ok to you?
yes - we always want more. my bonus was the 10% (as stated in my contract) -- so $6200. and my raise was 6% (my contract says 'up to 10%'. . . evidently the majority of the support staff only received a 3% raise. .. but it still didn't even raise me to $70.
Laura is doing ok -- we are very thankful to have each other. . . she has a LOT on her plate

she is worked to the bone. . . and she's answering emails at all hours of the night --- crazy!
the bank def. had a hick-up with the OCC audit. . . but all of the findings (ie. MRAs --"matters requiring attention") are being dealt with. . .it's not good, but it's not closing doors bad.
no overseas -- just Advisors (ie. salespeople) wanting to get their deals through lending
