I just spoke with Wayne and he said you felt you'd be ready for a site inspection on Friday. Would you be able to confirm with me tomorrow that I should schedule our personnel to come check it?

Robert,

Due to some inclement weather we received yesterday my complete schedule is being pushed back by one day. We will begin the site prep on Friday and install panels on Monday & Tuesday. I also have the crane tentatively scheduled for Wednesday in case we need an extra day.

Other than the weekend the weather looks fairly clear each of these days. I apologize for any inconvenience but unfortunately I can't control the weather.
