Re: Quicken Spread Sheets
Hey Sue...we need to get our bank out to the house this week for an advance. They are asking to see the Up to Date Quicken spread sheets. Would it be possible for you to look over and email to me today?
Also, Bob sent us a rundown estimate for the next 4 weeks...Can you please add in $25,000 deposit to Lincoln Windows and email this updated rundown to both me and Ike??
:) Lesley
Hi there!!! I just tried to go online to see what checks have cleared, etc and it didn't like the username and password I used. I tried one too many times and now it's locked me out.
I'll have to get Bob to call to re-set it. I'm sure they won't talk to me because I'm not on the account. 0
If I could get on the bank site, I could easily update Quicken!

you know..I understand why the banks do that with the passwords, but it is annoying when it happens! HOWEVER, flit was a thief you would want them to be locked out...so I get it...
ok, let me know when you can get in and get us the quicken update...of course the sooner I can get to our bank the better...
Hope all is well!! We need to tty to get a date on the calendar one of these days.... it will be alfresco dining lime soon (I hope!)
Sue, please include on the spreadsheet what we have paid Bob to date as well for his fee (perhaps it is already on there, I'm not sure?)
I was able to get on online banking :) i have it all in except Bob's fee. He's not home yet. Do you know how many $6500 payments you made? Does 10 sound right?
Great. We gave him 20,000 last summer and 8 payments of 6500

funny! Do you need the bank account register or just the report showing estimate vs actual?
Hi sue. I have Ike ccid here. ike and i spoke this morning and we think we should provide the bank a spread sheet that shows the estimate we gave them, which was inflated. If you recall, we had a couple of estimates. The first estimate around 1,500,000 is The original estimate for us. We gave the bank an inflated estimate. Can you please have 2 spreadsheets for us. One we will provide the bank with the inflated estimates and the actuals and then one for us which is the original estimate we are trying to stay in budget with along with actuals. Ike, am I explains this correctly? Do we need to provide our bank with the bank account register as well as sue is asking?

Perhaps inflated but what is proving to be more realistic. I just want it to look professional. I can send you the final budget that we sent them. I realize it is more work but I think it will look wrong if we are submitting to them numbers that vary from what we submitted to them in order to get our construction loan.
I can only provide an estimate to actuals report based on one estimate. When an expense is added to Quicken you have to allocate it to an estimate — you can't allocate it to two estimates. I've been allocating the expenses to the inflated estimate figuring that you'd need to send that to the bank. I have added the generator to that estimate (which I can easily remove).
Ike, if you can send me the budget you sent the bank I'll make sure the estimate I have matches that.
If you want to see actuals to the original budget, I'll have to do that manually (which I can do if you need it).
Sue, we would very much appreciate if you could keep 2 spread sheets for us,...one on Quicken that we need to provide to the bank with the inflated numbers along side actuals and one you keep track of manually with the original budget. We don't need the manual one done today, the bank spread sheet is what we need as soon as possible so we can get the inspector out.
I also need to know how much money I should transfer over to Bob's account. What did he need to pay this week from the estimated list he gave us for the next 4 weeks? (do the Quicken Spread sheet first though please...)
thanks so much Sue...I did receive the Quicken report and will take a look ...and appreciate you keeping another spreadsheet as well for us.
Can you do a favor and send me the Quicken report again but in an email without all of our back and forth to each other?
Just sent it again.
