Hey ladies,
Can you give me an idea of what you were thinking for date and time of family pool gathering? I have the 15th penciled in, but wasn't sure if that was the arrival date or the party date or what. We need to get something on everyone's calendar if possible. I know Liz is taking Katie to college that week and may or may not be back by then.
Let me know and I'll pull it together from this end. Looking forward to seeing you guys!

Hi Laura! We are very excited to see you guys and very thankful for your generosity in letting us all stay over in your nice and comfortable home :)
You are correct with TH Aug 15th as the date for a gathering. Lesley and I will be there first with the kids and then Pete and Ike fly in that night with an arrival around 8 pm (I think to DFW). Dad and Nancy will pick them up from the airport and 'deliver' them to your house. We were hoping to come over with the kids prior to their arrival if that's ok. The kids will def want to swim and use your awesome slide!

You guys are welcome to come whenever you arrive. If we aren't going to be home, I can either leave the back door unlocked or leave a key under the doormat. Just let me know what time you think you will be here and we will make it happen.
We will have beverages and snacks of course— and we can order pizza from Napoli's when everyone is ready for it
