long time no talk. I hope everything is going well for you, just to ca c up, I have been engaged to oversee the renovations of the Sugar Bay Resort in St. Thomas. The renovation should be completed in December and we would like to have you see it so that it may be a viable alternative to housing your guests, and business associates that are visiting Little St. James. It's much more reasonably priced than the Ritz, and it is close to Red Hook.
