There was a friend who wasn't able to make it to the wedding and was wondering if it might be possible to send a small cake to them of the lemon with blackberry mouse and cream cheese filling? Would it work to ship a cake overnight, or would it not hold?

...and I would love to bake a little lemon/blackberry cake for your friend! We do ship cakes often and we've had good luck. They seem to ship fine overnight. Maybe a 6" diameter cake?...to serve 8?
