- Non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be made with US Airways before scheduled departure; otherwise, the entire itinerary may be cancelled with no remaining value.
- Changes to reservations (flights, dates, cities) are subject to a fee per passenger and repriced at the lowest available fare at the time of change, which may increase the cost.
- Tickets and unflown value expire one year from the original issue date.
- US Airways credit card holders purchasing tickets via PayPal will not receive double miles on the ticket price.
- Taxes and fees information is available.
- Full refunds are available within 24 hours if booked 7 days or more before scheduled departure. Contact 800-428-4322 or 800-245-2966 (TTY) for refunds.
- Checked baggage fees may apply.
- Air transportation is subject to the US Airways Contract of Carriage. For partner airlines, the partner's contract applies.
