RE: Seeding

Hello Mike...l want to thank you so much for the time and effort you put into our quote...but at this time we are going to go with just the basics and our builder wants to handle it himself...We have been over budget since we started this project and he is trying to save us some money by seeding and installing a few bushes. In the future (next year) we will want to revisit all of this...you have been tremendous and we will of course come back to you for a new quote. We will also have you quote maintenance on the new property once there is something to maintain!

Hi Mike. Question for you .. Do you hydro seed? If so Could you give me a quote for this? Bob has graded and removed rocks ... Just curious on cost to have done. Do you think we would see a lawn soon if we dro seed vs regular seed? Thanks

All seeding is weather dependent .Right now the window for seeding is good for both hydro / grass seed & hay.

Proper preparation is the most important factor ( grading topsoil depth water ).

I have calls into a few people I work with. Have your builder call me I would be happy to assist

Good news on irrigation. All grading topsoil in place and irrigation must be done prior to seeding. The price per square foot for Hydro-Seeding is .16 per square ft. Let's just say that total is 20k x .15 = $ 3000.00 plus tax. Please be advised that the site must be prepped and ready. Please review and advise. Mike

Ok...this is the best price yet to hydro seed. I think some Internet investigation needs to be done as well. I will attack other quotes today and try to go direct to the hydro seed guy.

My goal is to get the hvac done and wired and get the plants up there. I can't order inspections until they review the survey. The lady told me I can order inspections perhaps at the end of the week. The propane is going to be hooked up to the backup generator by Gault energy. They will bill you directly. I have been on the plumber and he should finish this week. If it rains on Thursday the carpenter will be over to finish the shutters and do some spackling etc. I think you should call those counter top people to seal the kitchen for next week.

Next week I want to put the plants in (maybe this weekend) and then get the sprinkler guy there. He will be one to 2 days then the hydro seeder. Basketball hoop is coming on Thursday this week and you will get the shelves this Friday. It a little cool to use epoxy on the garage floor but that is the way to go. I will contact the painter to see if he can get it done on a warm day.

The painter is set to do the final cleanup he is hard to get a hold of because he is out the country.

when is the painter due back in the country!??? If it is not before June, we need to find someone else.. is putting the screws to me to be in our house...every month we don't move in we arc losing money (he says)...anyway, I know you want us in also...but we can't wait around for someone to come back from Poland (if you know what I mean)
