Hi Mcnvin...can you or Leo please go to the office and pick up Celina's birthday gift and deliver to Eva at:

Please let us who will go so we can tell reception...Also, you must actually go up to the apartment and hand the gift to Eva or someone there (make sure you know who you arc handing it to) This is a very generous gift from Jeffrey and we just don't want any issues...it cannot be left with the doorman...This needs to be done before 12:30 today.
