My name is LIU Nannan, Deputy Director, Global Partnerships, International Office. I will be following up the arrangement for Mr. Jeffrey Epstein's visit to Tsinghua University.
Mr. Epstein will need a visa for his visit. We will provide a visa notification letter for him, with which he can apply for F visa. Is it possible for you to send us a copy of his passport? If possible please also fill in the attached form for him. Thank you.
There is a five-star hotel outside the south gate of our campus. Here is their website: [website link]. They give us a special rate, so we can make reservation there for Mr. Epstein if he thinks it is okay.
As Dr. Jack LI mentioned in his first email to Mr. Epstein, President QIU Yong would like to invite Mr. Epstein to our campus on either October 9th or 10th. Please kindly let me know which date is convenient for him. President QIU would like to host either lunch or dinner depending on the time of his visit.
